1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and h55 ("h55", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at h55.cam.

By accessing h55.cam, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service provided by h55, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the h55 platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on h55, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, and other markets), live casino games, slot games, virtual games, and all promotional offers. 2 Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To register and use h55, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. h55 does not permit access to persons under 21 years old under any circumstances.
• You must be a human individual. Corporate entities, automated bots, and non-human agents may not register accounts on h55.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, and you must not be accessing h55 from such a jurisdiction via a VPN or any other method of circumvention.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order from h55 or any other gaming platform operating under the same licensing group.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of h55 or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or software providers.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

h55 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, a copy of your Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification, as well as proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

3 Account Management

One Account Per User. Each individual may hold only one h55 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals. h55 employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.

Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your h55 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. h55 will never ask you for your password through any channel — any request for your password purportedly from h55 should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported immediately.

Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your h55 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact h55 support via live chat immediately and change your password. h55 will conduct an investigation but cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the user failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

Account Verification (KYC). h55 is required under its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts. You may be required to submit identity documents before a withdrawal can be processed. KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account in your name). Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by h55 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

Inactive Accounts. An h55 account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. h55 may apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts as permitted under applicable regulations. Users will be notified by email before any fee is applied.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods. h55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All PKR transactions are processed at face value with no currency conversion fees applied by h55.

Deposits. The minimum deposit on h55 is PKR 100. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your h55 wallet within 60 seconds of confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to 30 minutes depending on banking network conditions. Crypto deposits (USDT TRC20) are credited after the required blockchain confirmations are received.

Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically arrive within 15–25 minutes. Bank withdrawals may take 1–3 business hours depending on the receiving institution. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification and the payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for deposit where technically possible.

Withdrawal Conditions. h55 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of security and compliance checks. These checks are standard procedure and do not imply any wrongdoing by the user. h55 will communicate the reason for any delay within 24 hours of the withdrawal request being placed.

• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once they have entered the processing queue.
• h55 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard PKR transactions. Crypto withdrawal network fees (gas fees) apply to USDT TRC20 withdrawals and will be displayed before confirmation.
• Funds deposited but not used for wagering may be subject to a review to assess compliance with anti-money laundering obligations before withdrawal is approved.
• h55 reserves the right to request the return of a withdrawal if it is subsequently determined that the underlying wagering activity violated these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

h55 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL, Asia Cup, and ICC cricket tournaments. All promotional offers are subject to the following general bonus terms in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion description.

Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion description on the h55 platform. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn).

Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, sports betting, and certain table games may contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded from wagering requirement fulfilment entirely. The contribution rates applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse. h55 maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Placing matched bets or coordinated bets with other players to systematically fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Using bonus funds exclusively on games with high return-to-player rates in a manner designed to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk.
• Providing false information during registration to claim a new-player bonus.
• Colluding with other players to exploit any promotional offer.

Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonuses and any associated winnings that have not been claimed or for which wagering requirements have not been met by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. Expiry dates are stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.

Bonus Withdrawal. Players may withdraw their real money cash balance at any time regardless of whether a bonus is active on their account. However, if a withdrawal is made while a bonus is active, h55 reserves the right to remove the bonus and any associated winnings from the account before processing the withdrawal.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The h55 sportsbook offers betting markets on cricket, football, kabaddi, UFC, and other sporting events. All bets placed on h55 are subject to the following rules, which apply in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the h55 platform.

Bet Acceptance. A bet is only confirmed when h55 issues a bet confirmation reference number. Bets that have not received a confirmation are not valid, and h55 is not liable for any loss arising from an unconfirmed bet regardless of the cause. During live (in-play) betting, odds may be suspended or changed while markets are being updated — bets placed during a suspended market will not be accepted.

Void Bets. h55 reserves the right to declare a bet void in the following circumstances:

• The event to which the bet relates is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without the required number of overs or playing time being completed (sport-specific minimums apply).
• The bet was placed at incorrect odds due to a manifest system error or pricing error. h55 will notify the affected user and either re-offer the bet at the correct odds or void the bet and refund the stake.
• Evidence of match manipulation or spot-fixing is established by the relevant sporting authority.
• The bet was placed after the event or market to which it relates has already concluded.

Cricket Betting. For PSL, international cricket, and other cricket markets on h55, the following rules apply: for a match result market, a minimum of 10 overs per side must be completed for the result to stand in the case of weather interruption. Ball-by-ball and over-by-over in-play markets will be voided if the delivery or over in question is not bowled due to rain, injury, or other interruption.

Maximum Winnings. h55 sets maximum payout limits per bet and per day. These limits are stated in the platform's sportsbook rules section and may vary by sport, market, and event type. Winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout limit will be settled at the maximum limit regardless of the actual calculated return.

Bet Settlement. h55 will settle all bets based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting governing body. In the absence of an official result, h55 will use the result declared by its official data provider. Any queries regarding bet settlement must be submitted to h55 support within 72 hours of the settlement date.

7 Casino & Game Rules

The h55 live casino and slots library is provided through licensed game suppliers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO, and others. Each game title is subject to the rules of the individual game as defined by the game supplier, in addition to these general Terms.

Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction — whether in the h55 platform, a game client, or a live casino stream — bets placed during the malfunction period may be voided and stakes refunded. h55 is not liable for any winnings that would have been generated from a bet that is voided due to a malfunction. This applies equally to live casino games, slots, and virtual games.

RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games available on h55 are independently certified by accredited testing laboratories. RNG certification reports are available for review upon reasonable request. 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on h55 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Financial Crime: Using h55 to launder money, process proceeds of crime, or circumvent any anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. h55 is obligated under its licensing terms to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
• Identity Fraud: Registering an account using another person's identity, creating fictitious identities, or impersonating any other individual or entity on the h55 platform.
• Exploitation of System Errors: Intentionally exploiting a pricing error, software bug, game malfunction, or system vulnerability to generate winnings that would not have been generated under normal operating conditions. Any winnings generated through exploitation of system errors will be voided.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to unfairly influence the outcome of any game, bet, or promotion on h55. This includes chip-dumping in poker games, coordinated betting to guarantee bonus fulfilment, and any other form of collusion.
• Automated Play: Using software bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets or play games on h55 without the express written consent of h55.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically placing bets across multiple platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome in a manner that exploits h55's pricing without genuine sports wagering intent.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback on a deposit made to h55 through a payment processor while retaining funds wagered or withdrawn from h55. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and recovery action for the full disputed amount plus associated costs.

9 Responsible Gaming

h55 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform offers a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible to all registered players via their account settings panel after h55 login. These tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that can be set and reduced immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

By registering an h55 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

h55 collects personal data including but not limited to: your name, date of birth, email address, Pakistani mobile number, residential address, payment method details, identity document copies (CNIC, passport), device information, IP address, and browsing and gaming activity logs. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with anti-money laundering and KYC obligations, detect fraud, and improve the h55 platform.

h55 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. h55 may share data with its licensed game suppliers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law or licence conditions. All third-party data processors used by h55 are contractually bound to handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on h55.cam — including but not limited to the h55 brand name and logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, software, game assets, promotional materials, and any other creative works — is the exclusive property of h55 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the h55 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any h55 content or software in any form without the prior written consent of h55.

Any unauthorised use of h55 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

12 Limitation of Liability

h55 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While h55 makes every effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and without interruption, h55 does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical issues at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h55 and its officers, directors, employees, suppliers, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of h55, regardless of whether h55 was advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or any technical issue outside h55's reasonable control that affects your ability to place bets or access your account.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• Losses arising from changes to the laws or regulations applicable in your jurisdiction that affect your ability to use h55.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit h55's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Your aggregate remedy against h55 for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of your account balance at the time the claim arose.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

Termination by h55. h55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time and without prior notice where h55 reasonably determines that:

• The user has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The user has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal behaviour on the platform.
• The user has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The account is under investigation for suspicious activity or in connection with a law enforcement inquiry.
• Continuation of the account poses a compliance or regulatory risk to h55.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, h55 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account. Where an account is closed for any other reason, h55 will return the outstanding balance to the user via the original payment method used for deposit, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Termination by the User. You may close your h55 account at any time by contacting h55 support via live chat. Before closing your account, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Once your account is closed, it cannot be reopened. If you wish to use h55 again after closure, you will need to register a new account subject to the standard eligibility requirements.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which h55 holds its international gaming licence. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for this purpose.

Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact h55 support and attempt to resolve any dispute informally. h55 is committed to resolving user complaints promptly and fairly. The majority of queries and disputes can be resolved through the live chat support channel, typically within one business day.

Formal Complaints. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of an informal resolution, you may submit a formal complaint in writing to h55 via the contact email address provided on this site. h55 will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

Binding Arbitration. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the h55 internal complaints process, either party may elect to refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The seat of arbitration shall be in the jurisdiction of h55's licensing authority. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

15 Amendments to These Terms

h55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they could significantly affect your rights or obligations — h55 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by email to your registered address and/or by publishing a prominent notice on the h55 platform before the changes take effect.

Non-material changes (such as clarifications of existing terms, corrections of typographical errors, or structural reorganisation without substantive change) may take effect immediately upon publication on h55.cam.

Your continued use of h55 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using h55 and close your account before the effective date. You will not be entitled to any compensation solely on the basis of a change to these Terms.

The current version of these Terms is always available at h55.cam/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
